This policy explains how Legendary Care LLC (“Legendary Care,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information you share through legendarycarefl.com (the “website”). It does not cover the screening process itself, which follows the rules of the agency that requested your screening.
Information we collect
- Group event requests. When you submit the group event form, we collect your organization name, first and last name, email address, phone number, estimated number of participants, preferred dates and times, preferred location, ORI code, profession or agency, and anything else you choose to write.
- Messages. If you call, text or email us, we receive the information you send, such as your name, phone number, email address and the details of your request.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver and secure the website.
Fingerprints and background screening information are not collected through this website.Fingerprinting takes place in person at our offices or events and is submitted electronically for the screening your employer, licensing board or agency requires.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request and plan, price and schedule group fingerprinting events.
- To provide our fingerprinting and notary services and communicate with you about them.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Services we use
- Wix hosts this website and stores the requests submitted through our group event form.
- Calendly handles appointment booking, including the event calendar shown on our Group Events page. Calendly’s privacy policy applies to the information you enter when you book.
- Google Maps is embedded to show our location. Google may collect information when the map loads, under Google’s privacy policy.
We share information with these providers only so they can perform their services for us, or when the law requires it.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded and linked services, such as Google Maps and Calendly, may set their own cookies under their own policies.
How long we keep information
We keep form requests and messages for as long as we need them to respond, provide our services and keep reasonable business records, and then delete them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information, such as your Social Security number, through the website form or by email.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the website.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us through the website, or to stop contacting you, by emailing or calling us using the details below.
