Two ways to host
Whether the event is on-site or at a Legendary Care office, you get a custom-designed event flyer and a dedicated online booking link, so every participant arrives with a time slot.
Option 1
Our teams travel throughout the entire state of Florida and bring Live Scan stations to your location, from one room to a full venue.
Option 2
Prefer to have people come to us? We’ll host your group at our Haines City headquarters or at our Hialeah Gardens or Miramar office.
Group pricing available. Special group pricing is based on expected participant volume. Contact us for customized event pricing.
Flexible payment. Individuals can pay at their appointment, or we can invoice the employer or organization.
Compliance monitoring & reporting
Our group service doesn’t end when the fingerprints are taken. We keep monitoring after the event, so your organization doesn’t have to guess whether everyone was completed correctly.
A clear report of who was fingerprinted at your event.
We follow each participant’s submission through Clearinghouse processing.
We verify that submissions were properly processed.
Rejected, incomplete or incorrect submissions are flagged early.
We follow up on issues and arrange corrections when necessary.
Your organization gets updates until everyone is complete.
Independent sanctioning authorities & sports organizations
Since July 1, 2026, Florida law requires independent sanctioning authorities — private organizations that run youth sports teams in Florida — to screen their coaches through a Level 2 background check. We run the fingerprinting side for the entire organization, statewide.

Yes. Legendary Care specializes in group and large-scale fingerprinting events throughout Florida. From a single individual to 5,000+ participants, our multiple teams and equipment allow us to accommodate organizations of virtually any size. We can also support multi-day events and simultaneous events in different locations.
The FBI portion typically takes about 48 hours. Clearinghouse processing can take up to 5 days. Timing is set by the agencies, so keep your TCN receipt to check your status.
$115 + applicable tax per person, with same-day electronic submission. Group pricing discounts are available — contact us for pricing for your organization or event.
